I created a PDF for a few clients that had asked how they could check Medicare.gov for their medications each year.
Empowering them to have that confidence they need in selecting an appropriate plan for their needs. Keep in mind I created this for them in 2015, but as of June 2017, it works just the same.
I have provided that form here for your benefit and hope it helps. One word of note however. I give these instructions based of individuals that are not receiving extra help from Social Security for their prescription drug costs.
If you are receiving extra help, then you would select those options where indicated. Like I said, the instructions were simply to give someone the ability to look into their part D plan options in general.
